The opportunity Analyze data obtained from the organization, interpret it and use it to make strategic decisions.
How you'll spend your day Elaborate, analyze and follow up P&L at company and business area level. Develop and perform dashboard maintenance. Act as business partners for sales and marketing teams. Analyze profitability by segment, identifying costs and associated revenues, and proposing solutions to improve efficiency. Perform analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies. Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered. Check the implementation of new plans and strategies against previous ones to assess which is optimal. Coordinate and execute due diligence activities to support business development agreements. Analyze and evaluate all commercial, legal and technical aspects of business development opportunities, in cooperation with other departments, including: Portfolio, Operations, Legal, R&D and Finance. Drive strengthened relationships with key business development partners, through: a) improved positioning of Teva as a partner of choice in the industry; b) increased synergies and leveraging Teva's size in negotiating with third parties; c) excellent alignment between Teva's business units and global functions for an effective and efficient negotiation process; and d) continued coordination between partners and Teva's internal functions at the project and strategic level. Act as a liaison between the different areas of the company to support initiatives and ensure the success of projects. Your experience and qualifications Graduated in Business Administrator, Public Accountant or Economy. 4+ years experience in positions as BD, Controller, Planning Analyst or Finance Partner in the pharmaceutical, retail or mass consumption industry. Excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical market is a plus. High analytical skills (Excel, Tableau, QlikView or Power BI analysis tools). Advanced English level. Reports To Dir Commercial Management
