Your number one responsibility will be to prospect new clients globally. We expect you to easily communicate with top level decision-makers and proactively lead multiple deals at the same time.
Your role and main responsibilities:
Identify business opportunities in the market and potential contactsContact leads through cold calls, referrals, LinkedIn and other toolsComprehend the recruitment industry and the headhunting businessBe a master of presenting Pacifica Continental's services, understanding the client's needsBuild solid networking within Pacifica Continental's relevant marketsFollow-up potential and current clients in order to increase the business portfolioDevelop commercial proposals considering Pacifica Continental's standards and clients demandsDevelop and provide sales reports to the CEO and other relevant stakeholders upon request
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree completedFluent English and SpanishPrevious experience in the recruitment business (headhunting) is a mustStrong Hunter profile with proven track recordsPerformance-oriented, willing to work with financial targetsAbility to self-organize and work with autonomyStrong communication and relationship skills
