Overall Purpose of The Job
General management role supporting the Director driving business transformation and achieving quality and business target.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks Business processes optimization and operational excellence Work closely with the management to design, shape and implement strategic initiatives within Seatec's business units Participate in discussions and decision-making on a strategic and operational level Manage initiatives end to end as Project Manager: Determine and define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs in order to meet budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Providing forecasting support, budgeting, operational/financial KPIs and Business Intelligence dashboard reporting Supporting the development, review and the implementation of the business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new services/project development. Augment business units with targeted support, providing deeper analytical back-up and craft solutions to improve operational efficiencies Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Support business to design, pilot and launch new services to increase Seatec's offerings, including potential partnerships with external companies Identify new innovation opportunities and operational efficiencies to drive revenue, margin and profit growth. Foster and embed a culture of innovation for our people and the organisation Conduct research and data analysis to identify opportunities and support the evaluation of key decisions Digitalization Drive digital growth by shifting internal processes to the existing ERP cloud solution Lead a review of processes and technology investments across the SeaTec portfolio to minimise investment in multiple solutions across and focus on investing in consistent solutions applicable to wider services deliverables Drive consistent, efficient and effective processes across Seatec working in partnership with key stakeholders. Critically assess the effectiveness of existing similar businesses and recommend future strategies for development and growth, utilising digital solutions wherever possible Be an advocate and thought leader for technology and innovation for the company, with particular insight to Seatec What can I expect in return?

Essential Master Degree in Naval architecture and Marine Engineering Minimum 2 years work experience in similar role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Project Management qualification and proven project management skills for effective planning and successful initiative delivery Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate the business and develop solutions Ability to collaborate independently with teams from different business units and locations Presentation and visual communication skills Digital acumen and experience with relational database Competent in producing Power BI report Experience in developing applications in QuickBase Desirable Additional Information Applications Close Date
