This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work half the time virtually as well as from our Buenos Aires office.
What the day will look likeThe Business Analyst is responsible for the definitions of business process-based application requirements. They will assist in the analysis, design, and preparation of specifications for software applications used by specific business units or shared across Aon business units. This person will also play a key role in detailing business processes and rolling out new applications.
The successful person must demonstrate the ability to understand business issues, operating considerations, cost benefit analyses, and develop recommendations to business problems, as well as gain proficiency with IT processes.
