Responsibilities: Who are you?
As a Business Analyst with Personify Health, you will play an integral role in the organization which directly influences success of our business. You love working in a fast-paced and data-centric environment. Yours will be a crucial role to provide support for complex internal and external projects and initiatives that can include new implementations, data ingestion management, new feature build and development, platform migrations, and any ad-hoc efforts requiring strong technical support. In the role of Business Analyst, your job will be to provide support for teammates and leadership to ensure that technical teams and components are aligned, with all appropriate documentation being gathered and memorialized throughout lifecycle of an initiative. Additionally, you will provide support and insight for your team and leadership as we work together to build and fortify the initiative intake process, management methodology, SOPs, and tools.
You have a passion for consistency and a strong eye for detail. You ask good questions. You are not afraid to dig into technical stories or problems to understand how things work, to provide more context and detail to the engineers and colleagues on your team. You love to think outside the box and can quickly assess a situation and pivot in order to find "best case scenario" solutions. You will bring your experience, fresh ideas, and perspectives to the table to help develop a top-notch project support organization.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following: Project Support: Assist with technical oversight of project delivery for data engineering initiatives, including requirements gathering, execution and documentation. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for documentation, consistency, and reliability. Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions during project implementation. Process Improvement: Continuously assist with enhancements of data-related processes and workflows. Collaboration: Maintain continuous cross-functional communication and ensure all parties involved are informed of project progress and needs. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Qualifications: What you bring to the Personify Health Team: In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including: 1 - 3 years' experience working on data focused projects as a Business Analyst, Technical Documentation Writer or other similar role Experience with SAFe agile and tools such as JIRA and Confluence highly preferred Previous exposure to working with data pipeline integrations and process optimization. Strong understanding of data architecture concepts, ETL processes and data quality measures. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Possession of an attitude of resilience and flexibility. Ability to drive solutions forward by proactively seeking resolution. Experience supporting creation of and adherence to standard processes and procedures. Experience working on either (preferably both) a SaaS wellbeing solution or a TPA/health plan administration organization. Ability to build relationships to work effectively with and through others Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Data Operations: Familiarity with data warehousing, data lakes, and data pipelines. Analytics: Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R). Change Management: Ability to support and contribute as part of a change-rich environment. Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
