The Work You'll Do: The main purpose of this role is to support product teams in analyzing, documenting, and monitoring of functional capabilities of Sovos products. The business analyst will support internal stakeholders and product owners with product documentation, product specifications and product reporting. Our product team embraces customer focus, tenacious problem solving and collaboration. The Business Analyst role will contribute to this culture while pushing us to do our best work.

More specifically you will:

Collaborate with product owners to understand business workflows and elaborate on product requirements Review software functionality developed and update product documentation for clients and internal stakeholders. Product documentation will include capabilities delivered via the UI, as well as capabilities delivered through integration with third party systems via adapters and APIs Assist with analyzing data and support product reporting Support product team with updates to internal stakeholders as well as communications to clients Cultivate and foster strong working relationships with colleagues, internal stakeholders and clients What We Need From You: Background working in IT or as a business analyst Excellent English communication skills; both written and conversational Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience with process analysis or requirements gathering is a plus Superior presentation and organization skills Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments What Does Sovos Offer You?
