What you'll be doing: This is a new role created to support PGI's continuing growth and change goals.
Reporting to the CFO, you will work collaboratively with functions across the whole business, right up to the executive team.
This role will use research and analytical expertise to shape and produce artefacts which will support various commercial and project initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Working closely with project managers and business stakeholders to determine the best way to represent business requirements for specific change initiatives Responsibility for delivering these requirements, which includes scoping, estimating the analysis effort, and conducting requirements gathering, documentation, process, and data analysis as needed Management of your own tasks, staying mindful of risks and issues, escalating when necessary, and helping to resolve them Focus on ensuring that analysis work aligns with the expected business outcomes, maintaining traceability, and flagging any deviations that could impact the business case Collaboration with stakeholders to shape new ideas into business models and cases, performing cost-benefit analysis and assisting with operating models, option papers, and feasibility studies Actively contributing to the business community, sharing knowledge and supporting improvements to business analysis practices and outputs.
On day one you will bring: An infectious approach to analysis and storytelling that demonstrates the value of the business analysis practice, bringing fresh ideas and driving the continuous improvement culture Experience (ideally 8 or more years) as a business analyst using business, process and data analysis techniques working in a non-agile environment Experience working across the change lifecycle of projects A hands-on, collaborative, approach with an ability to manage a varied and changing workload Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to manage conflicts Solid interpersonal, communication and presentation skills A proactive, delivery orientated mindset, focused on good customer outcomes and awareness of risk Diversity We're a British company that loves to work on a global scale.
