Air Liquide's Business Service Center (BSC) comprises a dedicated unit (including people, processes and technologies) that is structured as a centralized point of service focused on defined business functions. Initially the BSC will support the North America ('NAM') cluster and will take on support of the Latin America ('LATAM') cluster in a later phase.
The Employee Relations and Employee Experience reports directly to the ER & EX Supervisor.
The primary function and purpose of this position is to:
Provide support to the CoE and local HR managers with the onboarding, recognitions, DEI, and the annual employees' engagement survey, for NAM and LATAM entities.Support the HR managers and managers with terminations, exit checklists, and outplacement services for leaver employees.Provide support with the Garnishments, LOA, and Tuition Reimbursement processes.File and keep updated employee records within Share Drive/ Workday.Are you a MATCH?English: Advanced proficiency requiredStrong knowledge of Google Suites, especially with Google Sheets.Portuguese or French knowledge is a plusWorkday knowledge is a plusOral and written communication skillsDigital mindset for systems automation and connectivityContinuous improvement mindset for process improvementsOur Differences make our Performance At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
