The Group is looking for an experienced marketing professional to cover the Indian market and to help the company scale in the region.
Location: India (remote) Compensation : base + other incentives / benefits Responsibilities Team Leadership: Report to the Country Manager / Regional (Global) Head of Marketing while managing and structuring the marketing team to achieve goals and project milestones.
Marketing Campaign Development: Plan and execute lead acquisition campaigns to meet targets for both lead quantity and quality.
Create a go-to-market strategy for exploring potential new markets.
Develop retention marketing strategies to boost repeat customer engagement.
Brand Management: Oversee branding and communications initiatives for local and regional marketing activities, including media relations, promotions, online marketing, CRM, and events.
Digital Strategy: Formulate a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO/SEM, database management, and social media.
Evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing channel and optimize for better results.
Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends and insights related to new technologies and market dynamics.
Adjust business strategies based on research and analysis of market trends.
Collaboration: Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners to enhance marketing efforts.
Utilize the CRM system to assess customer data and evaluate current and potential customer activities.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage marketing budgets and forecasts, ensuring targets are set and met.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the finance industry, with a preference for experience in the CFD/FX sector.
Deep understanding of the FX industry, market trends, and customer behavior.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English.
