How you'll play your part In this role, you will support the Lead Generation Retail Sales Specialists through structured and regular product training to ensure they are equipped with the right level of knowledge to generate strong leads for the network, as well as being a first line of support for any queries the LGRSS cannot answer.
Main Accountabilities Ensure the team are made aware and trained on all new product releases across the brands we support, followed by written training support material.Analyse the team's current performance to identify gaps in their product knowledge and address these through training programmes.Complete weekly QA on the team's work to ensure quality and share any identified gaps/problems with the relevant Team Leader.Ensure that all training is measurable and track the effectiveness of training delivered.Be the first line of support for any queries the LGRSS cannot answer via phone, LiveChat, or email.Independently maintain a strong level of knowledge of our products and services, as well as the wider automotive industry.Deputise for the Team Leaders when they are not present by supporting workflow and stakeholder queries.About you Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferable.Prior experience in a training or development role is preferable.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience liaising with all levels of an organization.Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.The ability to influence colleagues and managers.Strong analytical skills to identify knowledge gaps in the team.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.The ability to self-motivate to keep personal product and automotive industry knowledge up to date.What's in it for you?
