At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more.

As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

About the role : TikTok is seeking Brand Partnerships Managers to support our SouthCon region out of the Buenos Aires, Argentina office.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cross-network performance solutions selling and a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers to drive new business.


The candidate will have operational knowledge of clients in the region and experience dealing with executive stakeholders across Social, Video, Mobile, Digital teams.

A proven track record in scaling client investment is a must.Above all, the candidate will have an established track record of building strong relationships across key stakeholders.

The role will involve working cross-functionally with members of the TikTok sales organization with the intent of onboarding priority accounts across the market.

You'll bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across Advertising Technology partners.

- Responsibilities : - Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities- Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships across the territory;
- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients;- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions;

- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives;- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services;
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies;- Ensure that our advertising partners receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service;
- Educate partners on TikTok products and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications : - 5+ years of (performance) marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and / or online advertising experience.

- Experience working with key stakeholders across the 3SA market (Spanish-Speaking-South-America)- Proficient in Spanish and English with writing,
communication and interpersonal skills (due to the business need in-region)- Must be willing to work in Buenos Aires, Argentina Preferred Qualifications : - Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.- Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- A team player and collaborator.
- Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
