About the Role We're looking for an experienced Brand Coordinator who will be responsible for implementing brand strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately increase market share for Nosotras Brand.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful brand management in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do Execute brand strategies that align with overall business objectives and target audience preferences.Support in the execution of brand campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty (including sampling programs).Coordinate ATL/BTL communication activities aligned with Global Brand guidelines.Execute Go-To-Market plans for locally generated activities to directly respond to market needs (i.e., customer-specific requests, product, packaging).Work closely with the cross-functional team (marketing, trade, and sales) to collect and analyze market data in order to identify opportunities for the brand.Support in tracking marketing A&P, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve business objectives and maximize brand impact.Oversee the development of brand assets, including visual identity, messaging, and brand guidelines.Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Five plus (5+) years of experience.Creative thinking and innovation mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and with multifunctional teams.What We Can Offer You Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
