We have an Automotive Glass Repair Branch Manager opportunityat our Santa FE, NM location.New increased annual salary, it is now $70K.Earn more with annual bonus opportunities.As a Branch Manager you will: Recruit, manage, and conduct a team to achieve financial objectives, while providing exceptional guest service to every guest, every time.Assist the team with repairs, replacements, and recalibrations of auto glass through approved methods, tools, and techniques.Ensure equipment, materials, and areas of operation comply with all regulations and requirements.Ship and receive inventory, examine received inventory for quality control.Perform all other duties as assigned.You will need: Auto Glass installation experience (not required).2+ years of retail management experience.State issued Driver's license and clean driving record.Physical Requirements: lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds, standing, bending, long periods of time on your feet.Qualifications SkillsRequiredPeople Management: AdvancedCustomer Service: ExpertBehaviorsPreferredTeam Player: Works well as a member of a group.Leader: Inspires teammates to follow them.EducationPreferredBachelor's degree or better in Business Administration.
