Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records by recording transactions and reconciling accounts. Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP & AR): Manage invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Client Communication: Interact with clients to gather financial information and resolve inquiries. Preferred Skills & Characteristics: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
