Bookkeeper (Buildertrend)

The Offer- Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance- Work alongside & learn from best in class talent- A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunitiesThe Job- Utilize QuickBooks for accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records.- Perform meticulous reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.- Monitor and oversee incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments.- Manage collections accounts, including proactive customer outreach for payment follow-ups.- Ensure prompt collection of deposits and liaise with banks and customers as necessary.- Engage in effective customer communications, addressing collection issues and resolving challenges proactively.The Profile- Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks.- Demonstrated proficiency with Buildertrend is essential for this role.- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.- Familiarity with Google Apps such as Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is considered advantageous.- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM Pacific Standard Time.The EmployerWelcome to our esteemed client based in vibrant Chicago!
