Bookkeeper / Accountant

PFS Global seeks to hire remote, bright individuals and accounting professionals looking to start their business careers.

As a Bookkeeper / Accountant, you will be tasked to record and maintain a company's financial transactions and ensure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Some of the responsibilities include:

Recording transactions: Recording daily transactions, such as sales, invoices, purchases, expenses, and payments. Managing accounts: Managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank accounts. Preparing financial reports: Preparing monthly financial statements, such as cash flow, income/P&L, and balance sheets. Paying bills: Paying bills and making tax payments. Communicating with clients: Communicating with clients in a timely manner. Working with accountants: Working with accountants to ensure compliance and prepare tax forms. Software: QuickBooks. Please only apply if you meet the below qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a business field. Must type 55 WPM (you will be tested). Must have minimum internet speeds of 25/25 MBPS (download/upload). Strong proficiency in English. Full-time availability at 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Argentina Time. Must be proficient with computers and able to troubleshoot common computer technical issues. Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus, but not required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus, but not required. Pay Type: $1,000,000 - $1,500,000 Argentine Peso per month.
