Body Technician

Job Summary: As a Body Technician at Toyota Iligan City, you will play a crucial role in the repair and restoration of vehicle bodies to meet Toyota's quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of body damage. Document findings and provide accurate estimates for repair work. Fabricate and repair sheet metal components to restore the original shape and structure of the vehicle. Ensure precision and accuracy in sheet metal work. Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and masking. Ensure proper adhesion of paint by creating a smooth and clean surface. Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat to achieve an even and flawless paint finish. Match paint colors accurately to the vehicle's original color. Perform quality control checks on completed repairs to ensure they meet Toyota's standards. Address any issues or imperfections to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing repair and painting tasks. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain accurate records of repair work, including parts used, labor hours, and any additional notes. Provide documentation for insurance claims as needed.
