)Gather, arrange, and input payroll data correctly and timelyEnsure reports are balanced and records are properly maintainedCreate several reports using Excel and ensure all records are properly maintainedFacilitate payslip printed copyPerform bank uploading of employee site salaries and submit bank reportProvide solutions to disputed invoices by carrying out relevant investigationsSystematically accommodate all email correspondenceEnsure accurate records of payroll by carrying out regular system updates in areas like status changes, benefits deductions, time off accruals, and withholding taxManage account balances/deductions in employees' salariesProvide appropriate answers to clients' inquiriesAccommodate employee inquiries about their salaryProcess payroll salary/13th month/backpay for employees
