Perform the monthly billing, ensuring the correct allocation of documents for different countries in EMEA.
The analyst will interact with different stakeholders from different countries, so it is very important communications skills.
We'll count on you to issue invoices with a high degree of accuracy to guarantee our revenue.The Billing Analyst, will be responsible for: Provide accurate and timely billing for multiple lines of business across various systems and processes.To maximize the effectiveness of the billing process by identifying problems early in the process.
Assist with reconciliation processes and reporting for audit queries.To enter customer master data & contract terms within systems.To work with the local SME to assist Collections, sales & accounting teams.Address customer complaints and questions; Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions.What we need from you be part of this story:3+ years of experience in billing or a similar accounting role, with a preference for revenue accounting.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Advanced level of English is a must.Intermediate Excel skills is a plus.SAP knowledge is a plus.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proven ability to learn new systems and processes, and to suggest improvements.
