The Job - Billing Specialist

Compensation: USD 750

Job Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina **Only BA Residents may apply.

Schedule and work modality: 11 am to 8 pm (GMT -3), Fully Remote

The Billing Specialist will work within the Billing-Admin division and report directly to their Supervisor. This is an administrative role that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

Administration of internal expenses

Run declined transactions

Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (vendors, the Accounting department)

Provide support to our users through different channels (Calls, emails)

Administration of the charges related to our fleet maintenance

Expenses on SAP Concur

Requirements What will make you succeed in this role:

Must be very organized with a high level of attention to detail

Ability to multi-task; must have excellent time management skills

Good communication and writing skills. Bilingual
