What are we looking for?We are looking for a talented and bilingual UI Designer to join our Buenos Aires office. As a UI Designer in the User Experience Consulting Team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling user interfaces that adhere to industry best practices and enhance the user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, solid experience with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a foundational understanding of designing for different digital platforms. You should be able to collaborate effectively within a team that follows a human-centered design process. Ideal profiles could have some of the following skills (not mandatory to have all):
UI Design: A strong portfolio featuring design work for enterprise and B2B, showcasing visual design for mobile or desktop applications, infographics, iconography, or other visual design work. Solid experience working with design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator. Ability to visually design user interfaces for complex business applications, including branding and design best practices for mobile and desktop applications. Ability to translate a client's brand into user interfaces, following UX design best practices for mobile and desktop applications. Ability to understand and follow visual design documentation, including design systems, and leverage it into prototypes for clients and stakeholders. A high attention to design detail is critical. An understanding of modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and low-code applications (e.g., Power Apps, Salesforce), as well as UI frameworks, is highly desirable. Experience collaborating with and/or supporting user experience design teams is a plus. Business Knowledge and Acumen: Able to visually support user interface design for complex business applications by collaborating with other members of the user experience team. Ability to translate design systems into user interfaces, following visual design best practices for mobile and desktop applications. Ability to follow visual design documentation like pattern libraries and brand guidelines. A foundational understanding of enterprise software is required. Ability to understand complex business processes and how they manifest in enterprise software to support end-users is a plus. Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of healthcare is a plus. Client Management and Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially the ability to clearly document design decisions made with stakeholders and development teams. Excellent collaboration skills and the desire to participate in design discussions that help to move projects forward. Ability to participate in a team environment where individuals can communicate and contribute freely. Ability to communicate information in a meaningful way that is easy to understand. Responsibilities: UI Design: Develop visually compelling user interfaces for mobile and desktop applications, ensuring alignment with client branding and UX best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with the UXEC team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet client needs. Prototype Development: Leverage visual design documentation to create prototypes for clients and stakeholders. Feedback Incorporation: Amend designs based on feedback from clients and team members. Design Documentation: Maintain and follow visual design documentation, ensuring that designs are consistent with established patterns and brand guidelines. Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and continuously seek ways to improve design processes and outcomes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Interface Design, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI design. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator). Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI design skills and projects. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Work Modality: On-site at our Buenos Aires office.
