In this role, you'll work closely with homeowners, delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all aspects of their experience with us run smoothly. You'll coordinate house visits, negotiate prices, and create budgets to fit each client's needs. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, warm, and can provide a high level of client support in both English and Spanish.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing friendly, reliable support and addressing any inquiries with a warm and helpful approach.Service Coordination: Organize and schedule visits to client properties, ensuring smooth logistics and clear communication with all parties involved.Negotiation & Budgeting: Negotiate pricing with vendors and create budgets that meet both client needs and project goals.Attention to Detail: Manage client records, schedules, and budgets meticulously, ensuring accuracy in every detail.Problem-Solving: Handle any issues or last-minute adjustments with a calm and proactive mindset to maintain a seamless experience for our clients.QualificationsBilingual proficiency in English and SpanishStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in operations, customer service, or similar rolesExcellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detailAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesAbility to work in the Pacific Time Zone (Required) About RYZ Labs RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
