We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Business Development Consultant to join our thriving international team in Buenos Aires. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with a sales mindset and exceptional communication skills to contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify, target,
and pitch potential clients within targeted industries, understanding their recruitment needs and organizational goals.
- Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, and other means to expand the client base and secure new roles to work on.
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential client contacts, keeping them engaged and informed via HubSpot, email updates, and catch-up calls.
- Take reference calls when needed and set up conference calls with interested parties.
Client Management:
- Drive the Account Relationship Management element of Key Account Management with consultants.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs, organizational culture, and providing exceptional service levels.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on candidate search progress, feedback, and market insights.
- Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with clients to schedule interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate the offer negotiation process between clients and candidates.
Administration:
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of candidates, client contacts, and job openings/statuses.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM systems and calendars.
- Attend company meetings and daily catch-up calls.
- Collaborate with team members for effective task management and coordination.
Requirements:
- Bilingual English speaker with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident communicator capable of effectively conveying ideas and information.
- Sales minded.
- Excellent time management.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Previous experience in business development or recruitment is advantageous.
