When you join our team, you'll experience Flex That Works: flexible (hybrid) work arrangements that empower you to have purposeful time in the office and partner with your leader to make flexibility work for both you and the business.Main responsibilities:Owns all technical aspects of eCommerce which includes:Cloud Implementation and ManagementDesign, implement, and optimize Shipify cloud solutions and associated products, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency while collaborating with the IT security team for compliance.API and Frontend DevelopmentDevelop robust and secure RESTful APIs for integration and external communications, and maintain the frontend of the Distributor Vendor Tool using modern JavaScript frameworks, ensuring responsive and optimal user experiences.Collaboration and Project ManagementWork with project managers, UX/UI designers, and developers for clear communication and project alignment, participate in code reviews, and maintain solution documentation.Testing, Quality Assurance, and Continuous ImprovementDevelop and execute testing plans, use automated testing frameworks for continuous integration, stay updated with latest technologies, and lead innovation initiatives to enhance digital products.Key Qualifications and Experiences:Educational and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in software engineering, development, and e-commerce solution architecture, with specific focus on Magento.Fluent EnglishMagento Proficiency: Extensive experience with Magento (Ver 2+), including Magento Cloud Commerce and involvement in at least one full-scale project.Technical Skills: Proficiency in API technologies (SOAP, REST), Middleware tools (e.g., Cast Iron, MuleSoft), and web application design and analysis, including design patterns and object-oriented design.Customization and Front-end Development: Experience in customizing Magento's front-end components using layout XML, blocks, components, and templates.ERP and Third-party Services Integration: Knowledge of integrating Magento with enterprise ERP systems and utilizing third-party web services.Store Management Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Store Catalog (categories/products/attributes) and Sales Orders (quotes/orders/invoices/shipments/credits) processes.Total BenefitsGreat support for good health with medical, dental, and vision coverage options with no waiting periods or pre-existing condition restrictions.
