ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Check in and stock parts daily Help drivers pull parts for deliveries Send back requested warranty parts Keep shipping area and warehouse cleaned and organized Manage and send back all parts claims Be willing and able to help locate parts for sales associates Organized, punctual, and reliable Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence in customer service Ability to communicate effectively with all parties Drive safely, responsibly, and be prepared for all road conditions Respect fellow employees, equipment, and customers Fuel vans as required and record information as per procedure Cooperate with the employer through involvement in all aspects of safety protocol Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid and current Driver's License Clean driving record required Minimum of five years general work experience Strong organizational and time management skills WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm COMPANY BENEFITS: Paid holidays Paid time off 401(k) with 50% company match of first 4% of contribution Insurance – Medical, Dental, Vision Team member auto purchase, parts & service discount Exceptional commitment to team member engagement Strong advancement and career development opportunities Culture of coaching and mentoring Many long-tenured employees including five team members employed since day one – 18 years Monthly catered lunch and team recognition
