Automotive Service Advisor

Mercedes-Benz of Natick is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

The goal of this position is to efficiently and professionally assist our customers with all of their service needs, building loyalty and trust, creating an amazing guest experience, generating profit, and maintaining an area-leading customer satisfaction index.
