Job Summary In this position, an individual will work under limited supervision. This position requires an individual who is organized, determined, initiative-taking and committed to achieving high results. The Business Development Consultant (BDC) answer incoming calls to set service appointments and follow up with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience.
