As an Audit Specialist, you will actively support the day-to-day tasks of audit engagements, collaborating closely with the audit team to address accounting, auditing, and other related matters. Utilizing specialized audit tools and technology, you'll be a key player in ensuring successful audit outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in preparing audit strategies.
Supporting the planning and execution of audits.
Monitoring budgets in conjunction with the Audit Manager.
Collaborating with staff and helping in their supervision.
Facilitating the integration of overseas resources to ensure efficient execution.
Aiding in process flow automation to perform data analysis of client data.
Contributing to the proposal process for potential new clients and projects.
Demonstrating adaptability in a virtual working environment.
Required Served as a manager at Big 4 or Mid-tier firm
7+ years of public accounting or equivalent experience.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus but not a requirement. 
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Preferred Advanced degree in accounting or a related field.
Experience with local, regional, or Big 4 accounting firms.
Experience with US GAAP and SEC reporting.
Experience working with or in multinational companies is a plus.
Strong relationship management skills, with a history of establishing trust and rapport with stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members at various levels.
Understanding of engagement economics to support operational tasks.
Proven track record of working independently on multiple assignments or engagements, preferably in a virtual environment.
