Job Overview The goal of our summer internship is to enhance a student's education through a corporate employment relationship with MBUSA.
This 8-10 week, paid program will provide exposure to all levels of leadership across various business units.
During this internship, you will work in the Vehicle Ordering & Inventory Management team.
You will understand our business and figure out how best to organize the structure/reporting for ease of reference on all new vehicle orders and inventory.
This will include ad hoc reporting on vehicle movement and aged inventory.
Additionally, you will assist the Vehicle Operations & Customs Team to create a customs archiving system called LOO.
Responsibilities Support the Export/Ordering/Inventory Management team with ad hoc reporting on vehicle movement and aged inventoryCreate structure in our new LOO archiving system to help the Customs team archive all documents related to import and export of vehicles and partsAssist with updating presentations as neededQualifications / Education To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior or senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program related to the business area of this internship.
Qualifications Verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated abilities in multitasking and time managementProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or flow chartsInterest in customs or supply chain is a plus, but not requiredAdditional Information During this 8-10 week summer internship, you will be required to report to the office 3 times a week at our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters.
