Job Duties and Qualifications Provide high quality, accurate and timely legal advice to the respective country management.Draft, review and negotiate tenders and contracts with our customers.Provide legal support in day-to-day operations of the company (including advice on laws and regulations applicable to the oil and gas industry, general employment, dispute resolution and company laws).Management of litigation and arbitration, including managing external law firms/counsel and liaising with company secretary.Advising on issues pertaining to our agents, distributors and JV partners.Must adhere to a strict code of ethics.Must be licensed to practice law in applicable areas. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Law is required, while a Master's degree in Law is preferred.8-10 years' post-qualifying legal experience; experience in the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.Experienced in contracts/corporate commercial work and able to handle general legal matters and negotiations with customers.Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.Excellent English and Russian language skills (both written and verbal); additional language skills would be an advantage.
