Brokerkit (https://getbrokerkit.com) is a fast-paced, success-driven, team-oriented Software as a Service company focused on the residential real estate industry.
We are currently looking for a Product Specialist to join our Product team and assist in maintaining and driving engagement of our successful SaaS.
The app is built with a Ruby on Rails backend and a React front end and hosted on Heroku.
You might be a good match if you are great with technology, very sharp, and very organized.
Position Responsibilities Product QA testingAssist with writing PRDs (Product Requirement Documents)Low-code and no-code workflow development using tools like n8n and ZapierReport development with SQLAssist with help article development and refinement with a focus on optimizing our Customer Support AI chatbot responsesAssist in training and product marketing content development tasks like webinars, email updates, social media posting, editing videosQualifications You align with our core values:

at a code camp or online)Marketing content developmentSales outbound automation using a tool like clay.comVideo editingReal estate industryWhat We Offer $1500-2100/month USD commensurate with work experienceThis is a full-time (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday) remote role as an international contractor.You will be paid hourly in USD based on the hours you log, and the money will be deposited in your local account in your local currency.The work hours for the position are 8 am - 5 pm in either the US central or mountain timezone with a 1-hour break.This is a remote position; you can work from anywhere in LATAM.You will need a good home office setup, reliable internet and phone service, and a current computer to run our primarily web-based applications.
