About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 07
The Team: ClearPar is the first fully operational provider of par and distressed loan closing and recordkeeping services for the syndicated loan market. Through a unique combination of experienced personnel and electronic processing, hardware, and software, ClearPar has built a single platform system to address market demands for efficient settlement of par loan closings. The Loan Platforms Support team is responsible for all account setups across multiple platforms and support of all users on our systems.
Responsibilities and Impact: Support clients and the business with operational duties and all account maintenance support functions to ensure sufficient data integrity, including accurately reviewing onboarding documentation and maintaining entity identifiers and user/trade accounts.Provide onboarding support for new clients and their team members to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process.Adhere to internal procedures, processing deadlines, quality-controlled operational processes, and LSTA/LMA standards for processing and closure of primary and secondary par loan transactions and/or trades.Proactively identify internal and external account and system-related issues, working with internal partners and management on resolution plans.Capture and channel user feedback through proper communication and listening skills, partnering with leaders, peers, product associates, sales, and relationship managers on required projects.Willingness to cross-train with neighboring divisions to provide an agile workforce capable of handling issues and engaging with joint clients.What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well in teams.Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.Exceptional skills in listening to clients and articulating ideas and complex information clearly and concisely.Goal and action-oriented, with the ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Eager to learn with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to think laterally, provide proper issue analyses, and question current processes.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Additional Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Finance, Economics, or related field preferred).1 - 3 years of work experience within the financial and/or syndicated loan industry.About S&P Global Market Intelligence: At S&P Global Market Intelligence, a division of S&P Global, we understand the importance of accurate, deep, and insightful information.
