Duties: Handle labor and employment cases, including class action and single plaintiff mattersProvide general employment advice and counsel to clientsConduct and defend depositions, draft motions, briefs, and manage discoveryParticipate in evidentiary hearings, status conferences, and argue dispositive motionsConduct legal research and draft relevant legal documentsCollaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and case strategyRepresent clients in both court proceedings and out-of-court negotiationsRequirements: 3-5 years of general litigation and/or labor and employment law experienceExperience with class actions and representative actions preferredStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skillsExperience with discovery, depositions, and trial preparationEducation: Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications: Licensed to practice law in the State of CaliforniaSkills: Strong legal research and analytical capabilitiesProficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and managing discoveryExcellent oral advocacy skills, including arguing motions and participating in hearingsAbility to communicate effectively with clients and legal teamsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
