About You The Ad Ops Associate will be responsible for supporting the Ad Operations team with online advertising campaigns across Google Campaign Manager 360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads YouTube, Display and Video 360, and others as needed. The Ad Ops associate is responsible for adhering to DEPT best practices and developing and maintaining solid Ad Operations knowledge. You will need to be quick on your feet, able to adapt to an ever-changing, fast-paced, growing environment, and handle critical tasks that enable growth for our customers.
You'll be responsible for: Trafficking campaigns using Google Campaign Manager 360Work within digital campaign tools and platforms for implementation and QA across ad servers, tag management tools, and media platforms including: Google Campaign Manager, programmatic DSPs, direct buy partners, and YouTubeQA assets to ensure they are within specQA trafficking work in CM360 – Pull reporting to ensure your campaign has launched and the proper ads have been traffickedConfirm campaign launch and deliveryTroubleshoot ad serving and tracking issues as they ariseTake responsibility for following naming conventions and generating UTM trackable linksMaintain a strong understanding of current partner capabilities relating to verification (brand safety, fraud, viewability)Pull verification reporting as part of regular campaign optimization and monitoringContinuously work with verification partners to help keep brand safety, fraud, and viewability numbers within benchmark throughout campaign flightUpdate and maintain blocklists, negative keyword lists at a bi-weekly cadence and ad hoc for current eventsCommunicate and coordinate across internal team members daily to expedite requests submitted to the ad ops team for your assigned clientsContribute ideas to improve workflow processesLearn about developing technologies and how they can add value to our clientsYou'll need to have: 0-6 months experience in Ad Operations/media traffickingKnowledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical and reporting skillsStrong time management skillsAbility to prioritize to deliver multiple tasks on timeAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clientsAbility to handle changing prioritiesAdditional things that will impress us: Desire to stay current with the latest marketing trendsDetail oriented and organizedWillingness and ability to learnAbility to pick up computer skillsAbility to keep a cool head and positive attitude when executing tasks across accountsAbility to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audienceSelf-starterTAKE INTO ACCOUNT: You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this roleThis opening requires you to be open to work approx 2-3 times a week from one of our offices located in Villa CrespoWHAT DO WE OFFER?
