Description
The key objectives include: Implement new product/campaign including assessing the feasibility and profitability (RORAC target), detailed discussion on system issues related to the product, preparation of campaign papers/agreements and coordination of system testing for campaigns, programs and new products.Preparation of regular (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) report and presentations of dealers' performance, F&Is' performance, effectiveness of campaigns of joint programs and standalone products. This includes coordination with brand partner, insurance team, controlling team and the credit team.Support in sales forecasting, F&I target, dealer target & dealer incentive and monitor the performance/progress (brand, territory or dealer related).Create an awareness by collectively reviewing the existing product rules and guidelines.Task Description: Proactively approach/coordinate with brand partners to develop an effective joint campaign including the RoRAC calculation.Develop, modify, review and update the existing or new finance and lease products as to strengthen the competitive advantage over competitors together with product bundling.Ensure the development of product value propositions, training materials and coordination of system testing of campaigns, programs and new products.Regular interaction with:Finance & Controlling Team (Understanding Pricing Model & Accounting Posting)Insurance Dept (Bundling of Products)Credit Dept (Understanding of Credit Rules)Operations (Understanding of Operations Process)Share/Evaluate knowledge of market trends and feedback to relevant stakeholders to influence and develop products in line with business plans.Preparation of monthly/quarterly reporting of effectiveness of campaigns, joint programs and new products.Support in ad-hoc tasks.Qualifications Education & Work Experience: A degree in Business or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in sales.Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work independently within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.Culturally adaptable and a strong team player.Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.Sales-focused with a "Can Do" attitude.In-depth knowledge of automotive financial products, including Hire Purchase and Operating Lease.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong planning and prioritization skills, ensuring accuracy while meeting strict deadlines.
