Monthly & Yearly Closing: Coordinate with various teams to finalize the closing activities and calendar on time. Analyze the Trial Balance and Variance. Responsible for monthly financial closing and consolidation. Ensure accurate booking of various financial transactions by implementing a strong review mechanism. Provide senior management with insightful monthly financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Take the initiative in process improvement. Statutory Audits: Analyze the impact of statutory changes on Financials Statements. Implement statutory changes in various financial processes and systems. Prepare Financial statements in line with Policies, Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and Other Regulatory requirements. Provide the required schedules and reports to auditors. Ensure smooth and timely closure of Statutory audit. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting obligations. Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed. Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of work experience. In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Hands on Experience in consolidation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Timely delivery & Self Starter. MS Office – Excel, Word, Power.
