About the role In this position, the individual is responsible for the administrative tasks within the cardiology business unit.
Your responsibilities will include: Sending quotations, billing tracking, delivery tracking and returns.Communication with direct clients (Hospitals and Sanatoriums), distributors and doctors.Stock and order management.Participation in company events.Communication with the different internal areas of BSC (Customer, supply, Finance).Extra: Occasional presence in surgeries as support.Performs general administrative duties that may include photocopying, coordinating meetings/appointments, typing, faxing, ordering/maintaining supplies, arranging travel, preparing and/or sorting mails.Serves as a point of contact for customers.Answers questions related to established policies and procedures.Coordinates projects/assignments of broader scope.Makes decisions within established guidelines regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of work.Creates and types routine documents and revises as necessary.Manages work in a confidential manner.Achievement of Spain Quality goals and do the mandatory e-learning courses.Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures.What we are looking for in you: Required qualifications: Degree or certification as a Surgical Instrument Technician, Nurse, Radiology Technician, Hemodynamics Technician, Business Administration, or a related field.Advanced English.6 months to 1 year in a similar position.Preferred Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills, communication.Teamwork.Requisition ID: 590811
