How will you contribute to our magical experience? In this role, you will assist the team with administrative tasks such as managing files and tracking materials into shared files. We're looking for someone with a highly analytical mindset who is able to collaborate with the team in whatever is needed, developing in an environment of constant change.
The Content Acquisition Assistant will be responsible for: Data entry into the different systems of the Company (OnAir and WhatsOn).Organization of the files into the shared folders of the team and updating them as the area closes new deals.Maintenance and updating of the Content Evaluations tracker.Assisting on any other operational tasks the Acquisitions team may need on a per-project basis.What we need from you to be part of this story: Student or recent graduate of Administration or Communication areas.Strong knowledge in BMS systems, Excel, and Databases.Advanced level in Microsoft Office.Intermediate level of English.Detail-oriented.Must be an excellent team player.Exhibit a willingness to be adaptable and flexible and demonstrate a desire to operate in a dynamic environment.Additional Information: At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products, and services our consumers know and love.
