Work Experience: 2-8 Years of experience in the field of General Assembly (TCF).
Experience in
Digital manufacturing tools (3D Experience /DELMIA V5/Team center visualization/Human Jack/ Process Simulate/IC.IDO/Unity/VR/FAPLIS/Micro station etc.)Assembly process planning, documentation & issue resolutionPhysical ergonomic Assessment in production plantProblem Solving & Project ManagementDesigning small Jigs & FixturesExecuting new vehicle program projects.Job Responsibilities: Conduct dynamic and static clearance analysis studies for Cars using 3D ExperienceVirtual validation of plant tools and equipment for new productsCreate standard issue reports and coordinate with stakeholdersRecommend process or equipment design changes based upon investigationCoordinate with stakeholders for seamless project executionM-BOM Creation & maintenance in 3D Experience3D-layouting using Microstation/FAPLISCreate VR environment for product investigationSupport testing & developmental activity for VR as tool for Assembly ValidationDevelop cost reduction initiatives while creating equipment conceptsEquipment concept design and layout creation recommendationAssist in Concept validation, technical offer evaluation Qualifications Educational Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
