Job Description & Summary A career within Transfer Pricing services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. You'll focus on all aspects of documentation planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements.
Our team is responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property, tangible goods, services and loans, and other financing transactions.
The following description is understood within the analysis of multinational enterprises transactions:
Provide support in Transfer Pricing projects from the global PwC network, mainly US. Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, dispute resolution, planning and/or consulting reports. Conduct industry, company functional and benchmarks analyses. Work with external databases and PwC internal apps. Participate in internal and external client meetings. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required. Understand the importance of having correct information management. Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection. Correct Information Security Management. Job Requirements: Educational Requirements: Advanced students or graduates in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or International Relations. Technical Skills: Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (desirable). English and Portuguese Level: Advanced. Availability: Full-time.
