Company Description: We are looking for an ASE Certified Technician to add to our team. We are a large, 34-year-old NAPA AutoCare Gold-AAA Service center with a new state-of-the-art service center featuring 18 bays and 14 lifts. We service all makes and models with equipment ready for both new and older cars and trucks, including a new ADAS system and hookups for EVs. With the right team member, the position could pay $80k-$120k plus great benefits for the first year, with much more growth potential year after year. We seek a candidate with strong diagnostic ability and great attention to detail. You must be a team player and work well with others. You will diagnose, list repair recommendations digitally with pictures, and complete repairs to specifications on the most current makes and models of vehicles, both foreign and domestic. It is expected that you will complete these tasks on time without shortcuts. We provide 3 service advisors and a parts manager. We also cover training expenses and reimburse needed ASE updates upon passing the tests. Our new location features many specialty tools and scanners, plus a full ADAS system. You must see our new location, which looks and feels like a new car service center, with lots of room, a nice locker room with a workout cardio system, and a restroom for techs, along with a great lunch/training room and strong WiFi.
Responsibilities: Researching vehicles for service bulletins and repair information. Explaining technical diagnoses and needed repairs. Consistently taking the extra steps needed to achieve customer satisfaction. Following a work schedule. Conducting digital inspections with pictures; we provide iPads. Qualifications: Previous experience as an automotive technician. Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Deadline and detail-oriented. Organized, clean, and professional. Customer-focused attitude. Must have own tools and a valid driver's license. Hybrid experience is a plus.
