The Role Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from patients who are calling local dental practices across the US and assist them with their needs/reason for calling Submitting accurate information and notes through our practice portal software Scheduling, rescheduling, canceling, and confirming patient appointments Learn and navigate multiple practice management software scheduling systems Represent our dental offices in a friendly and professional manner Offer a positive mindset with team members, patients, and customers Highly punctual, adhere to schedule and attendance policy Demonstrate empathy while answering patient questions and concerns Provide shadowing to trainees when needed Attend video meetings for performance reviews, 1 on 1's and quality review meetings Qualifications: 2-3 years of call center customer service experience required 2-3 years of inbound call center experience required Demonstrated tenure in previous roles of 1+ years Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience handling high call volume in the English language Ability to empathize with our patients and their needs Ability to multi-task at high levels Remote work requires employees to be technologically inclined to self-troubleshoot if needed Positive can-do attitude Detail-oriented and good organization skills Typing skills of 55+ WPM Ability to work well with others Ability to secure confidential information and comply with HIPAA Dental experience is a plus This schedule includes late evening shifts (Swing/2nd).
