As a team leader, you'll be a crucial linchpin for collaboration within the team, the department, and across departments.
Your daily routine will involve assisting and coaching employees to provide top-notch service to our customers, something you'll also be actively engaged in throughout the day.
Our customers might find themselves in vulnerable situations, and ensuring they receive the right assistance is of paramount importance to us.

Job Responsibilities: Inspire and lead the team to provide excellent, high-quality service, on time.
Actively participate in the team's customer support and guide team members.
Resource management and continuous improvement/development of work processes.
Receiving and responding to phone inquiries from our customers who need roadside assistance.
Qualifications: Leadership experience is desirable – an educational background in leadership can compensate for lack of experience.
Fluent in spoken and written Norwegian.
Comfortable with spoken and written English.
Experience with support systems and phone support is an advantage.
Lack of qualifications can be offset by a willingness to learn and the right attitude.
Necessary training will be provided.
Personal Qualities: Technically inclined.
A dedicated service-oriented individual motivated to help customers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with people of all kinds.
Structured and independent.
Responsible with high execution capability.
