Architectural Drafting Associate

Become an integral part of our forward-thinking design firm as an Architectural Drafting Associate. In this role, you'll support a range of design projects by creating precise drafts and specifications, working closely with our lead designer to ensure our projects are both functional and visually stunning.

The Role

Responsibilities :

- Create detailed drafts for interior and exterior projects using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring high accuracy.
- Develop thorough specification books that effectively communicate our design vision and requirements.
- Collaborate with the lead designer to translate initial concepts into detailed technical documents.

- Use your technical knowledge to complete specifications and design requirements with precision.
- Assist in creating compelling design presentations with tools like PowerPoint or Google Sheets.
- Take on project management responsibilities as you gain experience, progressively handling more tasks with greater independence.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications :

- Solid experience in drafting and design, with a strong command of Revit and AutoCAD.
- Ability to produce accurate architectural drawings and comprehensive specification books.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs and office suites, with eagerness to learn new software.
- Skills in rendering and presenting design concepts are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to design and documentation.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively and managing projects as you advance.
- Dependable and professional, with practical experience that extends beyond academic training.
