We are seeking 6 Application Support Level 1 professionals for a 24 / 7 team.

Main Responsibilities :

- Provide first-line support for the internal data platform hosted on AWS.
- Source data from multiple external vendors for the data platform.

- Conduct proactive system and application checks.
- Monitor the alerting platform, triage alerts, and escalate issues to L2 / L3 support as needed.
- Document resolution steps for each ticket to enhance team knowledge.
