About the Role We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager of App Marketing to join our dynamic growth team. As a key performance marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving new user growth through mobile acquisition and app/play store strategies, while optimizing for cost efficiency and ROI. Your focus will be on attracting new customers to CookUnity's website and mobile app to bring our delicious ready-to-eat meals to a wider range of subscription customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the mobile and app marketing landscape. You will possess a natural ability to influence a cross-functional team to build the optimal video content strategy that educates, informs and converts new customers through innovative strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities Plan, implement, test, and measure mobile campaigns to drive traffic to our mobile and app experiences to increase inbound conversions. Perform audience research to develop new campaign ideas for play/app store and other mobile advertising platforms. Conduct customer segmentation and utilize innovative mobile strategies to target key segments effectively. Manage day-to-day performance across several media channels including App Store, Play Store, YieldMo, etc. Regular optimization and monitoring of our campaigns, focusing on direct response and performance. Analyze performance data and report on results, including campaign results across various customer segments to determine future investments. Collaborate with brand, product marketing, content marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment with our growth goals and strategies. Oversee and coordinate the work of external agencies and vendors (SEO, design, etc.). Requirements A Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a mobile or growth marketing role focused on app marketing tactics. 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, or hands-on experience in building and running mobile and in-app marketing campaigns. A deep understanding of algorithms and the latest technical advancements in the field of mobile and app tracking. High data IQ with a focus on driving conversions and revenue for DTC businesses. A great team player and fun to work with, a collaborative attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Proactive and self-motivated with keen attention to detail. A creative-minded person with a strong interest in developing a cohesive brand presence across marketing touchpoints. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
