Objective : The Customer Care Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. He or she will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries by telephone, email or chat, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities Handle international customers' emails and live chat enquiries regarding pre-sales and after sales service enquiries;Identify and resolve customer problems effectively and efficiently;Liaise with Logistics, After Sales Service and global boutiques on daily basis;Follow up the offline store enquiries and complaints;Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies;Other ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager.Profil recherché
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year relevant experiences in customer service/ luxury retail field;
- Proficient with MS Office;
- Native French and fluent English. Any other language will be a bonus;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Strong sales-oriented mindset;
- Proactive, patient and committed;- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
