Description:We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Onboarding and Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will guide clients through the onboarding process, resolve technical issues related to API integrations, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in API integration and onboarding processes.- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Familiarity with API security protocols and best practices.- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.- Experience with API management platforms and tools.Job Responsibilities:- Client Onboarding:Work closely with clients and partners to understand their API integration requirements.Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing detailed documentation and step-by-step instructions. * Technical Support:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API integrations, ensuring timely resolution of problems.Collaborate with the development team to address complex technical challenges. * Documentation and Training:Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and training materials for clients.Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the use of the API proxy platform. * Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and expectations. * Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including developers,product managers, and customer support, to ensure a coordinated and smooth onboarding process.Provide feedback to improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall client experience. * Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of API integrations to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the onboarding process.Stay Updated on Industry Trends:Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in API technologies and integration practices.Apply industry best practices to enhance the onboarding process.What We OfferExciting Projects: Come take your place at the forefront of digital transformation!
