As an Anti-Fraud Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of protecting our organization from fraudulent activity, leading a highly skilled team of agents who are committed to identifying and preventing fraud. We want you to excel in the following:
- Team Supervision: Oversee daily team operations by effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team efficiency and success.
- Escalation Handling: Act as the primary decision maker for all escalated cases within the Anti-Fraud team, escalating to the Head of Department when necessary.
- Process and Compliance: Ensure that processes and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison with external departments related to Anti-Fraud matters.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Manage requests, technical updates, and Jira tickets, ensuring compliance with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Regulatory Compliance: Handle regulatory complaints and data requests, providing timely and effective responses.
- Target Setting: Set, monitor, and evaluate team performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Accountability: Ensure the team operates within established guidelines, maintaining a high standard of performance.

You're good at:
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication abilities and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to meet deadlines with a flexible approach to task prioritization.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership experience in guiding and motivating a team to meet targets.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the anti-fraud or related industry is highly advantageous.
- Schedule Monday to Friday.
