How you will contribute to our magical experience?: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. Focused on the new advertising business in Streaming, this person will transform a vast amount of data into actionable insights that will help drive strategic decision-making and will collaborate to understand their data needs, designing and developing Business Intelligence solutions such as insights, reports, and visualizations.
The Growth & Retention Analytics Analyst will be responsible for: Providing high quality insights to boost data-driven decisions that will help develop advertising strategies and lead business growth from a subscriber retention perspective.Identifying opportunities for audience/business growth, as well as efficiencies. Managing and designing analytical reports with quantitative methods, creating dashboards and automated solutions for the advertising stakeholders in the company.Building benchmarks for KPI monitoring, expectations alignments, and results analysis.Detecting risks and flaws to drive solutions, and leveraging opportunities to grow.Partnering with Business Development, Advertising, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams and supporting them on an ongoing basis for decision making. Communicating complex data findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.What we need from you to be part of this story: At least 1 year of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields and active participation in Data Analytics/Data Science courses.Preferred Industries: Entertainment and fintech.Advanced level of English.Advanced skills using SQL tools (Microsoft SQL, Snowflake or similar) are a must.Experience in data visualization tools.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and well-developed skills.Strong communicator with the ability to evaluate and refine stakeholder requests.Highly organized and efficient.
